Job description

The client, a leading marketing firm, seeks the services of an experienced, seasoned and most of all skilled research manager.

This is for a highly reputed marketing firm seeking to hire the best candidate to commence soonest.

Duties and/ or tasks:

  • Lead and manage clients’ accounts; achieve a stretch sales target and service a variety of clients through detailed market analysis
  • Category presentations and regular onsite consultancy
  • Ensure a strong customer focus
  • Analyse information to support client brand plans, strategy sessions, competitor reviews and new product development

  • Devising and structuring quantitative research
  • Setting up and overseeing qualitative recruitment and research
  • Writing discussion guides and analysis specs
  • Hands on involvement into groups, depths, immersions, ethnography, semiotics
  • Analysing and merging Quant presentations
  • General Quant outputs
  • Brand and marketing experience

  • Hands on quantitative experience
  • Brand strategy. Brand positioning, brand portfolio experience and exposure
  • Exposure and experience in FMCG brands
  • Ability to inspire and motivate clients
  • Ability to run projects from start to finish with client.
  • Must have excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • An ambassador for the company
  • Fantastic written and verbal skills
  • Able to present at boardroom level
